Prayer, Day 5

Teach me your way, Lord. I will walk in your truth. Teach my heart to fear your name. I will give thanks to you with all my heart and will glorify your name forever. Your lovingkindness toward me is great and you have delivered my soul from the depths. When troubles are many, if any rise against me, I will hold my ground. I will not fear this war for my soul; I will trust in you. I rejoice in you always and show everyone a gentle spirit from within. You are near, you hear me, my thankful prayers are heard. It’s your peace that guards my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus. It’s your joy that gives me strength. Thank you for your goodness and grace. Praise you Jesus!

Prayer, Day 2

Oh how blessed I am, Lord, I do not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers. My delight is in your Word and in it I meditate day and night. I am and I will continue to be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season and its leaf does not wither and in whatever I do, I prosper. I will not be like chaff which the wind drives away. I thank you alone for the victory you have given through my Lord Jesus Christ. I remain steadfast, immovable, always abounding in your work oh Lord, knowing that my toil is not in vain in you. All my praise to you, Lord Jesus!
